The Polar U-Series offers a generous 400 litres of capacity over two shelves and two floor protectors. On top, the stainless steel worktop adds further flexibility, and the base is fitted with castors, making it easy to position the unit for installation or cleaning. For further flexibility, full size gastronorm trays can be used without additional runners - simply slide straight in.
