The Scotsman NW 608 Modular Dice Ice Maker produces either half dice, dice or large dice ice cubes ideal for luxury operations such as hotels, fine dining and high-end bars.
We recommend the Scotsman HF60-S Water Filter accessory with this unit, which comes complete with head, adapters and scale inhibitor, to ensure a long lifetime for the unit and less chance of it breaking down.
