The humidification function ensures ideal moisture levels for crusty artisan breads or delicate pastries.
Designed for everyday use, the Smeg ALFA425H-S includes a 1-60 minute timer for precision cooking and removable inner glass on the door for hassle-free cleaning. The strong stainless steel construction is designed to stand up to the demands of busy bakeries, patisseries, and other similar high volume kitchens.
