Primeware Hot Tile ™ HT1 - Ceramic 1/1 Gastronorm Hot Tile 

These innovative inserts simply drop in the well of a bain-marie counter to convert it from an open well to a solid top. They work on hot, cold or ambient counters and work by absorbing the ambient temperature. Dishes can be displayed on top or food displayed directly on the surface. The Hot Tiles are designed with a stainless steel back for rigidity and are fitted with 6 rounded feet that keep the tile securely located.
